Our ready to post products take 1 - 3 full working days to be dispatched.

Made to order products

​

Our made to order products take 2 - 4 full working days to be dispatched. This includes Blossom & Bo hair accessories and clothing.

We use multiple couriers depending on size and weight. All orders are sent with tracking, so please check your dispatch email for the number.

Returns policy

Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Cost of returning an item

Blossom & Bo Gifts is a small business and due to this we are unable to cover the cost of postage for returned items. Return postage is down to the customer. Please provide tracking with your return.
